I'm not too sure if my site has suddenly been "banned" by Google.

It was listed last week, but over this weekend it has disappeared from the index. I think there might be one problem with it:
I use white text with a white background, although to make the text visible I use red layout tables to frame the text.
I believe Google may think that I'm using "hidden text". Is there any way to remedy this? I really don't want to change my text colour! |

| Try replacing all your literal formatting with css. Also, was a frameset really necessary for this layout? I'd get rid of frames as well. |

I'll apply a white text CSS as you said, but if this would get around the Google issue then why don't "real" keyword spammers use this trick also?
I'm a beginner at this as you might gather!
The other solution I thought of would be to change the background colour to something "off white".......?
